JOIN AND BECOME A MEMBER
Membership in KOPAC has two forms:
Membership for Patients
This membership is designated for patients who are EITHER suffering from any condition for which there is an indicated therapeutic use of cannabis and its preparations (according to medical science), OR are suffering from a disease or condition for which the ongoing research into the use of cannabis and/or cannabis for non-human ( sub-cellular, cellular or model) or human level tests.
The application of members-patients consists of their medical report and/or research from scientific literature on the subject of the patient’s illness and the relationship of this disease with treatment using cannabis and/or its preparations.
Membership for Supporters
A supporter can be a natural or legal person who agrees with the statutes and objectives of the association and shall submit an affidavit of criminal integrity and delivers motivational letter. Membership in KOPAC is created by paying the membership fee for filing (registration form), which is approved by the Executive Committee of the Association KOPAC.
Become a Volunteer
Volunteering is a form that can support the activities of the Patients Association KOPAC, if you are interested in cooperation to meet our goals without any compensation. Do you have some other interesting information or experience? Can you help us in the organization of awareness-raising events? Do you sympathize with the accessibility requirements of therapeutic cannabis patients? Become a Co-worker
If you are interested in the science of medical cannabis research and professional use or want to contribute your expertise to the availability of cannabis to patients and to work toward the goals of KOPAC, please register here (registration form) and/or contact us at: info@kopac.cz. Registered members will also have access to a forum (blog) where they can find information and answers to many practical questions and access to selected translations of full versions of professional studies.
The activities of the KOPAC association can be supported in several ways:
- Become a member, volunteer or co-worker for the KOPAC association.
